Life saver when I am not in to feed my cat, batteries last an eternity and very easy to program and use. If anything wish there was a wider gap between feed trays as my ones don't like the sight of each other eating but apart from that works great!

I bought this as I was going to a wedding for the day and a friend had recommended getting an automatic feeder. My usual cat sitter was not available. I tried out the feeder a few times before the actual day it was needed and it worked perfectly (no pun intended!) As I was out the entire day, I set the two feeders at different times to ensure my cat had food all throughout the day. The timer was easy to use and it only needs one AA battery. I really liked the cooling block that slots easily underneath as it kept the food fresh all day. When I came home it had worked and my cat was happy and content. I would recommend buying an extra cooling block so you have one ready in the freezer ( which is what I did).Customer service from the company that supplied the product was excellent as I enquired about one of the parts as I thought one was missing (the white clip which sits next to the cooling block). It turns out that it is only meant to have one clip!I would highly recommend this product.

We have had this cat bowl for a few weeks now. We recently acquired a cat and he doesn’t really like other people so its been difficult to go away.I have used this device twice for wet food when we have gone away. It seems to keep the food nice and fresh when you use the ice pack.The time allows you to set an opening time anything up to 48 hours later. It works without any particular problem and is easy to use (just adjust the dial for the amount of hours you want it to delay opening for). You can set a different timer for each bowl which has been a godsend for overnight tripsThe height of the bowl is perfect for our average sized cat, it comes with feet if you want to prop it up higher. The only thing i would say is the individual cat bowls are not made of the thickest plastic but they seem durable enough for what they are.Overall i would say i am very impressed with this product. I would recommend it to anyone who needs an automatic cat feeder. We have used this specifically for when we are away as opposed to daily feed but i’m sure that would work fine to.Given there are many more expensive models on the market i think this product is good value for money and does everything we need it to.

Hi hi hiiiii! I’m Narla! I’m a cute little orange tabby princess (my hooman says so!) and I just had to tell you about my new favourite thing in the whole house - the Cat Mate C200 Automatic Pet Feeder. I don’t fully understand refrigeration (I’m a cat, not a physicist), but I appreciate the commitment to quality cuisine.The only tiny problem is... I can’t open it early, even when I tap it, nudge it, or roll on it dramatically. Trust me, I’ve tried. BUT I guess that means I don’t accidentally eat both meals in one go (whoopsies...).Final verdict?
