Order Fulfillment Orders are processed and dispatched from our connected fulfillment facilities. Delivery times are calculated from the date of dispatch, not the date the order is placed.
Shipping Rates and Timelines We currently deliver exclusively to the United Kingdom. We offer two shipping tiers based on order value:

Standard Shipping: For orders between £0.00 and £99.99, a flat shipping rate of £4.99 applies. The estimated delivery window is 3 to 5 business days.

Free Shipping: Orders totaling £100.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Tracking Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Depending on the carrier handling the final mile delivery, it may take a brief period for the tracking status to update in the carrier's system. Ensure you monitor your provided email address for all logistics updates.
