Smallest size fit our 3kg Chihuahua nicely with room to tighten smaller or extend! Helped a lot with her with buoyancy, along with her own efforts to swim, I did keep beside her as I wasn’t sure the life jacket would be enough to keep her afloat should she stop paddling and she’d never tried swimming before - but the handle gave me tons of confidence that I could grab her quickly.Seemed to be comfy and not get in the way of her range of motion + it dried quickly
